ASPIRE works with the club to:

  • Define the parameters of the search (regional vs national, timeframe)
  • Review and/or refine the existing job description (qualifications)
  • Visit and critique the existing maintenance facility
  • Evaluate salary and benefits package (compensation)
  • Be part of the evaluation or search committee
  • Solicit, review and evaluate resumes and candidate web sites
  • Pre-qualify and interview candidates on behalf of the club
  • Present selected candidates to committee for consideration
  • Work with new superintendent to create a long-term agronomic and conditioning strategy
